This ultra low light camera tends to be used internally as it comes with 20 meter infra red on board rather than the more standard 40 meter infra red. If there is adequate light outside then this camera can be fitted externally, or it would also suit to be located externally low down over a front door. All of the options come with an external IP rating of 67.

The 2MP camera options come with 120DB Wide dynamic range so in other words the camera can cope with different light levels coming in from a door or a window. Traditionally if sunlight came in from a doorway or window you would not recognise the person on camera as the picture would be dark, thankfully wide dynamic range sorts this issue.

The zoom lens option allows you control the lens (in and out) from the DVR location or on your phone, tablet etc.

All of these cameras are especially suited for shops or premises where the ceiling is low, you need an allen key to adjust the camera view/target area. Other cameras can be turned easily by potential thieves.

The DS-2CE56D8T-VPIT3Z & DS-2CE56H5T-VPIT3Z both have IK8 vandal resistance which ensures the camera will not get damaged and is very suitable for Pubs, nightclubs Hotels etc. This camera is a bigger dome camera than the others above.
